Serious question...why don't you PS3 people buy a good headset?

No one on PSN has mics and if they do it's that shitty bluetooth that makes you feel like you are talking to someone on a CB radio. I never understood it.

ETA: Maybe the cross game chat will encourage more people on PS4 to buy good headsets.

Can't really answer that question. I own turtle beaches on my 360 and still use the blue tooth socom headset on PS3.

I think it is mainly because the 360 online community for shooters is much larger in my experience. And those tend to involve more voice chat.

I think this is it.

The relative crappy quality of the bluetooth and the voice quality along with the lack of cross game chat really hindered the accessory market for the PS3.
