The song that's grown on me the most since listening to the album through several times is Relatively Easy
The level of songwriting on this album really is incredible, as has already been mentioned by several folks in this thread.

Yvette is becoming one of my favorites. I really like relatively easy as well

After listening to the whole album again I'm about to have to make a swap to something a little less reflective and more upbeat or I'll be on that kind of kick the whole night after I start drinking.

Sturgill Simpson is where you should go if you want rowdy music

Had just changed over to my playlist that starts with Shreveport and is a random mix of all of TT's upbeat stuff, but I've been meaning to give him a listen anyway. Any specific suggestions?

His whole new album High Top Mountain is amazing. You can have the crown is probably my favorite off the album as far as upbeat goes. Life aint fair is great as well. The storm is the best country ballad I've heard in a long long time

That's tough. I need my kick like that about once a week or so.
Been stuck with Todd Snider's Play a Train Song in my head for about two weeks now. About ready for something to take it's place.

I was listening to it when I clicked on the thread. It's a great song.
Not to be too lame, but it is rare that an album makes me feel anything. But there are several songs on this album that conjure up tough or intense moments (there haven't been many of any significance). Reminds me of when I was much younger and I really connected with music a lot more on that level.

I've looped relatively easy a few times today.
Just a fantastic album. Every songs a gem. There's no filler

been listening to this album non-stop for the last few days. what a great album, with some incredible songs: Cover me up, Elephant, Live Oak, and the list goes on.
the first couple of times i listened to the album, I didn't like Super 8 at all. But I eventually realized there was nothing wrong with the song--I now like it quite a bit--it just didn't fit with the rest. otherwise, though, a really good effort top to bottom.
