This is actually mine - I have no idea how to grill or smoke.
I just purchased a non-propane grill. I grilled some steaks using cherry wood and they were incredible. But doing more than burgers, boneless chicken breasts, and steaks, I need a crash course.

Id go with Asian too. Though, I don't even think I've ever tried to cook Asian. I just feel like I'd be totally lost from the beginning.

Asian ... and the problem I have making it is all about the sauce. I've tried all kinds of bottled stuff and it doesn't taste like the restaurant.
