In anticipation for the new season. I always put it up there as one of the best. This is really one of the greatest shows ever created. I don't think I've laughed harder from anything other than this show. I'm on episode 5 where Tobias shows te world his nude shorts

When people try to paint shows as Big Bang Theory as "smart", I always point them towards Arrested Development as to what a truly smart comedy is.

just finished series last night. i'd seen 1 and 2 multiple times but had seen 3 only once fully and again partially.
3 was a bit too twisty and strayed slightly from its roots, but still great. esp compared to most comedies.
i seldom watch comedy, much less rewatch comedy (i don't even rewatch movies usually). but there is so much packed into those three seasons, i think i could watch several more times and not get bored.

ok I like smart comedy. I happened across the frozen banana stand episode of AD and watched it to see what all this love is about. I don't get it. Was that a subpar episode? Should I give it another chance?

I recently did the same and just finished up Season 3 last night.
I am pumped for Season 4.

I'm re-watching it as well; what a great show. Is there any particular reason for the following reference? It seems like just a random actor name but for some reason this one makes me laugh every time:
Tobias Fünke: Are you calling me a coward?
Warden Stefan Gentles: There's only one man I've ever called a coward, and that's Brian Doyle Murray. No, what I'm calling you is a television actor.
Tobias Fünke: Ouch.

I just got into it a few weeks ago.. finished all 3 seasons in less than 3 weeks time. I agree 100%.. one of the greatest comedies ever created.

I just started watching too... Only about 18 episodes left on my DVR.
The show seemed to be way ahead of it's time.
