Annie looked crazy hot in that last sequence.

Another really good episode after the pisspoor start.

I didn't find it all that funny.
I don't know, something's just not right with the new crew.

Only caught the last 10 minutes. Just got a new DVR and didn't have it recorded.

This season has failed to deliver IMO.
I love this show too

NBC has basically done everything in their power to kill this show.

Thank God people are starting to say it. I've been thinking it all season and it's on the verge of taking off my recording list.
I didn't want to say anything though because perception is everything in entertainment.
They really, really drove this show into the ground by trying to cater to a larger fan base.
Example:
- Abed has to explain what crazy antics are going on in EVERY episode.
- There seems to be some sort of stupid life lesson they learn at the end of every episode
- I get the love affair with the Dean and his comedy but WAY to much Dean. He's started in the opening sequence of almost every episode and is a prominent character now. He's also very one-dimensional.
This show went from my top 5 comedies list last few years (Parks n Rec, Raising Hope, 30 Rock, League) to pretty much being dead to me now.
The appeal was in the dark humor and the assumed intelligence of their audience by not spoon-feeding plot information.

Well, you destroyed any credibility you may have had when I initially started reading your post...

Jesus Christ Annie's tits during the credits.
ETA: I would love a one-off "Darkest Timeline" episode. We've seen evil versions of Abed and now Annie. I'd be interested in seeing a Dark Shirley and Dark Troy. I suppose Kevin/Chang would probably be a hero of sorts. Pierce too. I imagine it as a complete inversion.

Yeah, that makes sense considering I doubt you've even watched 3 episodes. Hope manages to balance comedy and lightheartedness. It is easily one of the better feel good shows on TV where the characters are just happy to be with each other and care for each other than be concerned with money and status in life. Wouldn't expect a troll to understand it though.

I just finished the first season and I completely agree.
I'm just waiting, and hoping, that Annie starts to dress a little bit more relaxed...
I'm not too big a fan of Jeff, only because he's way to damn pretentious. And Shirely reminds me of this girl

I thought last nights was closer to the first 3 seasons than anything they've done this year.
And evil Annie could get it, only briefly though, for reasons beyond my control

People have been saying it all season. Although just because it's not as good as previous seasons doesn't mean I'd stop watching/recording it. That's way overboard IMO.

They're caricatures, which is one of the problems with the show...the creators, over the last couple seasons, have painted themselves into corners with the characters.
And the dean was added on as one of the "main cast" last season I believe. And I agree, small doses of Dean Pelton is great...when he's overdone, he's awful.
Oh yeah, and I thought this episode was decent. Middle of the road. And my goddamn DVR cut off the show at the end, so I didn't get to see the whole dark timeline sequence.
Also, it still feels weird with the episodes being so far behind (Christmas in April). Thanks for fricking that up, NBC.
