Toss it out. Not worth it. After four hours food sitting out isn't worth eating.

what? have you never returned to an RV from a Tiger football game and seen the carnage being rendered by half (or fully) drunken Tiger fans on the remnants of the pregame BBQ or fried fish? I speak from experience- that's some of the best grub available.

I do that kind of think all the time. Never an ill effect. Eat it.

My grandparents and anyone born before 1940 would look at you like you were crazy! I just heard a story how they hung meat outside all day and ate it.
I guess you don't eat anything at parties,

I used to eat Canes fingers the next morning that were left out all night . I guess this is skmilar
Posted on 4/16/13 at 1:52 pm to TigerTatorTots
if the chicken is fully cooked, you should be OK. If its "rare" shite can it. I leave food out all the time and never have a problem eating it the next day. Seafood is the exception.

I was responding to not eating any food left out after 4 hours.
That's a little extreme.
