After eating once again last night at Ancora, and after having given both places due consideration, it must be said that the Domenica crust is crispier.

I like both places a lot. Don't get me wrong. Not choosing one over the other as far as pizza is concerned. Just a comment on the crust.

Thank you all for your time.

I agree with you on the crust. I believe the Domenica pizza oven gets hotter and does produce a crispier crust.
Now I want to go to either tonight.

Damn, do you even like pizza? If so, you have done yourself a diservice.
Remedy!

I do. But I try to avoid it since it's not very healthy (but look at what I ate for breakfast ) Also, I never go OUT for pizza. I always order it to go or delivery.

Finally went to Ancora, and it is very good.

However, Domenica is better and has much better selection in terms of pies. Don't see how anyone could think otherwise, but that seems to be a hot button issue here.

I think Ancora's crust is perfect, probably the best I've had in the South. That being said, I think Donenica is the superior overall restaurant.

The risotto balls at Ancora are ridiculously good.

It's like a boudin ball.... With risotto.

I wouldn't call it a "hot button issue." Most people agree that both are good; just an interesting debate to have to break down why someone prefers one over the other.
