That's pretty funny.
I really can't imagine playing a sport where most of the lockeroom doesn't have the same first language. For instance, how much longer must Southampton practices last with a coach that can't speak English?

Nah it's just slang, literally "how big is Bradley" but similar to American's commenting "Bradley's cool"

One of my favorite byproducts of the American owners and also BeIN getting Serie A has been Totti's English.
I can't get enough of "you a wacha Beeehhhhhheeen sporta" and now "blu tooofa"

Agree.
Hey wm, as our resident faux-Italian, can you translate some of that ad? I'm curious what Totti says to Bradley before saying (I think) "Do you get it?" Then Bradley says something at the end.
Also, there is this one too:

No problem. Will do it when I get home from work.

Oh wow, try out the "caption translator beta" it's so wrong, but so hilarious at the same time.
Bradley is saying "Touch-Screen" caption says "Tights.. Scream"

Totti just says in Italian that the VW has a parking sensor system and then asks Bradley "che lo di" which is normal Roman dialect for "how do you say that".
At the end he says "si, ti saluto" which is simply "bye" but often used in a jokingly sarcastic way like this.
Hadn't seen that other commercial with Bradley. ..
Bradley asks Destro "ma di noi della Roma, c'e pui sconto"
("do Roma players get a discount?")
Romagnoli then asks Bradley "ahh Bra. . . ma sei Americano o Scozzesi"
("but are you American or Scottish")

I hadn't heard of the scottish stereotype of them being penny pinchers... funny though.
So at the end he isn't saying something like... Parcheggio? because that's how I would spell whatever it is that I'm hearing.

Yeah exactly. Parcheggio is parking. It's what Totti asked Bradley to pronounce and they're laughing at his pronunciation of it.
Though I can't say much as Bradley pronounces it better than I can the second try.

The Bradley's are really an amazing family when you think about it, I wonder how many languages they know combined.

Agree, I don't know if Michael had any Italian prior to going to Verona but his Italian is pretty impressive.
Especially that he already understands a lot of Roman dialect (which is about 1000X harder than proper Italian) when I see him being asked questions. I was in Rome for years before I could. I still can't understand half of NY/old Sicilian and/or Napolitano Italian (but neither can any of my Italian friends here).
The Scottish stereotype of being frugal kind of made me think for a second but then I thought of all those English jokes like
"how did the scots invent copper wire"
"by fighting over a penny"
They probably teach those in English schools along with chiding students for using "incorrect" American idiom.

Yeah Bradley's Italian is pretty good. When I met him in Chievo after the last game of the season, Bradley was talking to all the Italian fans who came up and talked to him.
