Hogs in my corn field

2 years ago we had never seen a hog on this farm. Last year we had problems but consistently trapped and killed them. We didn't see a single one during deer season and then we start planting corn and this happens...

I never have been able to upload photos rite. I selected them out of photobucket then copied IMG link code. Is that not the way?

Copy the direct link from Photobucket, then hit the img button and paste the direct link there...

You planted the corn. And the pigs dug up each row getting the seed?
You got some badass pigs there.

Nevermind, those things dug a straighter line than I can drive a tractor. They are prolly too smart for me to kill them.

They will do it. Ive seen them do it to corn and to peanuts. The corn was just planted but the peanuts were close to being ready to harvest.

Yea. They literally put their snouts rite on top of the drill and run down the rows and suck up ever kernel. This is just a small portion of the place. It's spots like that all over the farm. I'm looking at nearly 100 acres I'm going to have to replant just from 1 night.

Quick lesson for everyone who has trouble with posting pictures
If you go to PB, copy the IMG and paste it directly in the reply box
It's the last line
It should look.like this before you submit
Then finally you will see this

If they did it in one night, they will do it again...

I put several cameras up this morning to try to figure out what time all that is going on. It's brutal, they found one field on the farm that I just rowed up and it looks like a tornado went through it. I guess they like fresh dirt

where is this? Ill be in North La this weekend and will gladly come shoot some hogs with you.

Are there hog tracks becausue that looks really straight to be hog rooting.
There is no doubt they can do that much in a night but I am not certain it was hogs.
Did you innoculate the seed and if so what did you use to stick the innoculant to the seed?

drake not sure where you are at but I will ride around with ya one night on your farm and shoot piggies with ya if ya need some help.
If you go by yourself just stop and listen for a while. You can hear them pigs at night and can sneak up on them pretty easily.
