Just added to steam, still in alpha, price went up $10 once it got to steam but dam, this is a fun sandbox type game where you try and launch a rocket or plane style shuttle into space. Im still novice, but some have been able to launch space stations in constant orbit... i did slam into the mun on yesterday though

this game is really, really cool.
You feel fricking AWESOME after a successful mun landing and safe return without using any mods or landing tools. I'd recommend doing it once and "earning" the right to use the landing tools (which make the game too easy imo)

Just discovered this game and been watching some guys gameplay on youtube. Flying to different planets, the moon and just a bunch of other stuff. Definitely going to buy it here in the near future. One thing I think is really cool is the ability to go rescue people and go visit monuments or objects other missions have left behind.
He landed some people on the moon but they ran out of fuel so they were stranded. He created a robot to go rescue them and crashed it about 200 meters from where the astronauts were. I damn near pissed my pants when it happened.

Also, he sent a mission to the sun, ran out of fuel and was forced to abandon his astronauts to float in space forever. The 3 little astronauts on the bottom right were freaking out.
He landed some people on the moon but they ran out of fuel so they were stranded. He created a robot to go rescue them and crashed it about 200 meters from where the astronauts were. I damn near pissed my pants when it happened.

Was getting ready to fly around the space station the other day and was able to get a picture of a solar eclipse.

A little bump. I picked this up yesterday on the Steam sale. I figured I didn't have much to lose at $13 if it wasn't good. Well, my doubts have been erased. I really dig it. I've been busy crashing rockets and getting Kerbals stuck in orbit all day. A few have made it back. One went on a Mun mission, but he missed and is now in a distant orbit.

I have been a big gamer through the years but not so much the last few.
My son turned me on to KSB about two weeks ago and now I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up divorced over it.
I drive around at work all day thinking of things to try as soon as I get home.
