Nice. I grew up on that game. Can't wait to get my nostalgia on.

What did they upgrade? The graphics look the same so why call it HD?

RTS games and controllers have a dubious relationship.

Can. Not. Wait. Brings back memories of high school Computer Architecture class. The intelligent people would build our computer in a couple of classes and then play this the rest of the time.

Was on my phone earlier. Just saw the video. Looks the exact same. Not buying anymore.

There are slight differences in the graphics, not drastic but noticeable. Also can be ran at higher resolutions which is a plus. Not to mention having steam as the multiplayer platform is great.
Were some of you expecting completely revamped graphics for a game made over a decade ago? (Aka Age of Empires 3) It's a classic with slight modifications and will have a much easier multiplayer platform to use. Not a bad deal for $17.

at least forgotten empires mod (which came out in january) added a few civs and techs.
this does none of that and the graphics upgrade is very slight

The 2nd AOE is great, but the first can't be replicated. It was my favorite, IMO. Probably because of nostalgia for me.
But i've spent countless hours on both of those games as a kid.
