I'm not sure Demps believes it either, look at the Lakers deal he almost took and look at what Houston has done after being stuck in mediocrity.
That being said someone had to make room for Rivers and the contract and age situation made picking Vasquez over Jack an easy choice.

Jack was worth a pick in the 20s. Worst move Dell's made since he's been here - and that's a somewhat compliment to Dell
I'm not sure that's true anymore. What we saw at the boring trade deadline was teams care about their payrolls now and the cheap talent you get in the draft puts a new premium on picks.

Would love to know what's so funny about that old wise one?

My cousin didn't renew the insider account. Cause he said twitter is free and better than insider

But teams held on to their picks this trade deadline instead of using them to acquire someone's lofty contract. Jack is on a great contract. That's the difference.

Lucy's went crazy last night when Jack sank that game winning three, we still love him.

So is Redick and they couldn't get a first for him. Landscape is changing

Jack goes for 30 and 10. Fan over reacts. Who would have thought.

The Magic got virtually the value of a late 1st round pick in Tobias Harris and Doron Lamb

You are really not quite as smart as you seem to think you are.

Jack is having a great year shooting the ball, especially the 3, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I'm not sure I'm buying that. Considering that firsts were very hard to come by this year, I don't see anyone giving one up for Harris.

Got to include Lamb in there, too.

If we want to play that game, the Hornets were able to virtually get the value of a late first by creating cap space to get Robin Lopez on a great deal. Who's better Fab Melo or Robin Lopez?
Bottom line, Redick is better than Jack. If he couldn't get a first outright, Jack wasn't getting one either.

Really? I don't think he is. I love Redick and this is by far his best year. But Jack is still putting up better numbers
