do you want them to match the urban sombrero?

$300 budget, ferrini, corral, tony lama, Ariat have all been good to me.
You can spend and extra $100 and get lucchese cowhides, which are the best in the business.

OP said comfort... Ariat
I own 3 pairs of Ariats good boots as well.. but they are not the most comfortable boot I own.
My everyday boot is a double H..I can't find a more comfortable boot than that.
Ariat/Lucchese are very close as far as comfort for me.
But everybodys feet are different and they should try on as many boots as possible to find the one that fits them. Kind of like shopping for a pistol.

Luchesse/Nocona/Anderson Bean are all I'd buy. Last pair of Ariats were absolute cheap pieces of shite.

Would love to match the urban sombrero, but its not a necessity. Seems like Lucchese and Ariat are the favorites of the ob. Anyone like Dan Post? I've heard some good things about those as well.

Dan post is pretty good.
Ariats are pretty good. I just don't like rubber soled boots and a lot of theirs are.
Neither come close to lucchese though.

I've had Dan Posts, Lucchese, Mahans and Ariats. I'd put the Ariats last, but they're just generally a different type of boot. They're certainly durable, but have a more "machine made" feel than the others.
I wear the Mahans and Luccheses most often. Look on Amazon for Lucchese classics. You probably won't find any in your size, but if you do, jump on it. For whatever reason, random sized Lucchese classics (600-900 dollars) will show up for 250-350 bucks on Amazon one day, and increase to 600 bucks the next day.

nicer jeans.
I don't understand why anybody would pay more than 30-40 bucks for some jeans. Doesn't get better than Levi 550s.
To answer your boot question. Justin's are great and affordable as are double H and Ariat. Go for some luccheses if you got some extra jingle in your pocket.

It does get better than Levi's. I prefer Ariats when it comes to wearing jeans and boots

Anderson Bean.... None of the others compare!

I didn't say, "expensive jeans." I may own a few pair of jeans that retail for $100-$150, but I've never paid more than $50 for them. I will say that I do notice that the more expensive jeans are a lot more comfortable. If you've never worn a pair I suggest trying one.
