This same guy up here in Norman waits around alllll day (and some times night) at Academy and Walmart, buys all ARs they get in, and then flips them on Armslist. Wouldn't be that big of a deal except he's a a huge a-hole and has done this approximately 10 times from what me and a few others are aware of.
Now the fun part: I'll let you guess his ethnicity annnnnd he's unemployed.
I got the dudes phone number off Armslist. Sign him up for a bunch of shite online? Turn the other cheek?
Can't wait for the responses I'm about to get
ETA: Contacted ATF agent who is now monitoring the guy and his activity. Said they are taking said occurrences very seriously.

They don't have limits on buying ARs like they do on ammo?
Can you take your proof and report it to the manager?
Hell, if he's buying that many just to resell them, he is breaking federal gun laws.

He without a doubt is.
Monitored him on Armslist for weeks.
Have personally witnessed him buying 5 ARs (in only 2 purchases).
And there's no limit on gun purchases apparently.
Who should I report it to? shite is ridiculous.

You could Copy/save all of his listings on Armslist for starters. Then hand him in for straw purchases.

frick, should have been doing that. He's only got 1 up now, and 1 ammo spot. Took screenshots of those and will do it on all of his going forward.

If he's not doing anything illegal, then I don't think you have much grounds to bitch about.

Buying dozens of firearms from a retail establishment for the purpose of doing quick cash sales online isn't illegal?

If you're not a dealer I would imagine it is...

Plus, with these $500-800 cash upsales, we can all assume they won't be reported on taxes.
Like I said earlier, I wouldn't give much of a damn normally, but the dude is gigantic a-hole, unemployed (meaning you and I PAYING FOR THESE GUNS) and then flipping them unreported for cash.

Why aren't the websites regulating this? I don't understand what's legal/illegal so i'm kind of asking here but seems moronic if this is illegal but its legal to sell our guns though...
