I can't stand the "floating head" photo shopped posters of today. Compare these
to these
They are so shopped. The lightning doesn't even match.

You sure are asking a lot of questions tonight

The Iron Man one isn't too bad but I Agree some movies need to have hand drawn posters again.

The Blade Runner one has floating heads... Just sayin.

because cinema has evolved and the drawings make it look like a comic book

I miss them. If I were to ever do a movie (at least if its fantasy or sci-fi) I'm definitely making the poster hand drawn.

Has more to do with the artists. Digital enables them to meet deadlines quicker and easier, and as a result most of them have gotten lazy.

There are rumors that Drew Struzan will unretire to make the Star Wars sequel posters. I might not even mind shopped photos if they would at least take pictures of all of the actors in the same scene. When they do them individually, it looks horrible.

That Fast Five one looks like those things I had when I was a kid where there was a background that you could make scenes with magnetic decals. Like they tried to fit EVERYTHING on one tiny background. It's awful.

Did you watch The Mist last night too?

I like old posters, but I like new ones as well sometimes. I think that Avengers one looks pretty sweet.
