Stay away from any and all network over the air shows they never fail to disappoint. Try Walking Dead or Justified for the newer ones

If you watch Friday night lights watch first season only the rest blow goats but first season is great even though it is network tv

The first season of prison break is probably my favorite season of a tv show. It's so awesome and so intense.
S2 is good. 3 and 4 sucks. Writers strike screwed them.
I recommend watching because its so good at first.

FNL is one of the greatest shows ever. The writers strike in season 2 had some weird stuff,, but was still good, and 3,4, and 5 were fantastic.

If you haven't seen The Wire an you like crime dramas you should check it out it's excellent.
