Anyone had any experience with this Chinese?

I thought you were talking about Panda Express, but that's on College. I remember seeing it, it's across from Whole Foods huh? It's a Chinese place in a strip mall. You have a pretty good idea of what you are getting....

It's bad. Really, really flavorless.

King's Wok on Jefferson is right around the corner and pretty good.

I disagree.....
It's taste alright, the place is clean, it's quick and it's cheap.
I go for lunch occasionally and for six dollars I can get rice and a meat with a diet soda.........for six bucks exactly.
It's certainly not the best Chinese around but far from the worst.

Oriental Pearl and China One are about a mile or two away on Government Street. Those are much better bets.

I ordered the curry chicken.... Big, colorful vegetables and a good subtle flavor... I had to add siracha.... But it was very cheap and decent I guess.... I don't like king woks noodles and I think it's a little too greasy

I would have to second this. General Tso's is pretty legit. To go box filled to capacity and you can sub the egg roll for a can of coke. Lunch special is $5.25 I think.

I used to hit up China One and also that gas station across the street when I lived in Capital Heights.
