I have discovered an issue with the profanity filter.

For some reason, when a comma follows the word shite, (<-- example) it does not turn the word to shite (<-- example) as it does in all other cases.
I thought you might want to know so you can correct the macro or whatever coding you use.

count is also not filtered out.
Or counting, county, and counts.

i only figured it is a problem because this does not happen with the other filteres profanities when a comma follows them:
frick,
a-hole,
frick,
a-hole,

Testing:

jfksdlassholejfklasd
jfaskldshitjkflasd
My guess is that frick and a-hole are matched and filtered regardless of what is around them because they are unique. shite, on the other hand, is probably part of a few words that aren't profane, so rather than put in exceptions they decided to just match shite when there aren't any surrounding characters.

You don't have the profanity filter turned on in your options. I don't either, so I view this page in a private browser window since the profanity filter is on when you aren't logged in.

Yeah. But he's not directing it at anybody, so maybe he'll be okay.
Not cool to use it as a label. Ever.
Five guys in a bar taught me that lesson when I asked one's girlfriend, very politely, why she was acting like one.
