Theres no need to boil them. We caught 2 sacks. My sack had several dozen in it. My buddy's only had about 20. My buddy was the whacker. He sat outside a whacked em in the head with a set of neddle nose pliers to kill em. I got the water going on the stove. Simply season your water with lemon juice and lemon pepper. Get your fresh killed dads and put them in a colander. Spray margerin on the dads and season liberally with lemon pepper and Old Bay. put the colander over the boiling water and steam for about 11 minutes. Take a spoon and stir, spray with some more margerin, and steam for about another 8 minutes. That's it. Shell and eat with a good remulade sauce. Hidden Valley makes a great one.
