What is the word on him lately? Is he still going to be a tiger?
And also what about Dylan Johns, didn't he commit to us a while back

Is this the kid at Country Day. I thought he was a freshman?

Deng Deng is a tiger still and Dylan Johns commitment wasn't accepted IIRC. You'd have to have George answer that one
That's Thon Maker. He transferred to a International school in Virginia.

He played against BRCC recently. And I think some people said they weren't impressed.

From what I understand, Dylan Johns was never actually offered.

I don't really remember that situation. What caused the confusion?

Current stats at Lee College...
14 games
43-of-89, 48% from the field
2-of-9, 22% from the 3-point line
23-of-40, 58% from the foul line (he'll fit right in!)
111 points, 7.9 ppg
78 rebounds, 5.6 rpg
18 assists
12 steals
25 blocks
Don't expect much out of this guy. He's a body and that's it.

I'm just going from what i see in his film, if that is him. I like the way he can go up with one hand and snatch it down.
I'm thinking if we can get him, John Odoh, and possibly get Dylan johns we will be set in the paint

He didn't sign with LSU in the fall. With his pedestrian stats in JUCO, I think there is at least some doubt he will sign in the spring (Deng Deng)

He's a new breed. His so-so average is compensated by his length. The most coveted aspect by many coachew. Look at Aminu for the Hornets/ and Davis/ they destroy opponents fg% and there's no stat for passes into the paint deterred.
Once he knows his role, his fg% will be high like a quincy acy/dent cause all he will take is dunks and put-backs. Great pick-up

Didn't he go back to Australia? Some bizarre shite went down with that guy.

I dont think Deng Deng would be very involved next year anyways. I think CJJ will wait for someone else. Bridgewater maybe. Deng Deng wont be a freshman but Bridgewater will so maybe they will offer him... if he decides to play basketball.

Great player I'd love for him to be added to the class

No, he transfered to virginia over the thanksgiving break, but his guardian told people they were going back to Australia to be with family; which was a blatant lie.

Kendall Harris asked to be released from his letter of intent to USC, He was in LSU top 5, has anyone heard If LSU is still up there with him?
This could be big news since LSU has seemingly lost out on Frazier.

I think Deng Deng as of right now is still a legit offer. He would have 4 years to play 3 so could be a RS player. He is gonna be rough but brings athleticism that we haven't seen in a while off the bench.
