6 or more losses next year and I'll seriously start questioning whether the program is still headed in the right direction under him. I say 6 or more because I'm already expecting 3 or 4 losses.

Gonna be a rough season next year I'm afraid.

Losing to 3 SEC teams or losing to 2 OOC teams.

I'm sick of the guy. He's had dumb luck hi s whole career and its finally run out. If not for a 2 loss national championship which gets no luckier he would be gone. Even win we wins its frickin awful ugly to watch. Why would anyone want this to continue. And don't give me his recorsd crap. That's talent and defense that's saved his arse all these years and you're a fool if you think otherwise. He's a recruiter an d that's it.

He'd be gone? With no losing seasons while at LSU and an appearance in the title game last year? I highly doubt he wouldn't be here.

I think it will be too. I have a feeling Les will lose a lot of support after next year. I just don't see any way where 2 losses and a Cotton Bowl bid isn't the best case scenario

My point was that without the 2 loss national championship he may not have made it to 2011. And come on man as great as 2011 was no one cares because of the train wreck that was 1/9 and it reared its ugly head again with clemson. Look why do people actlike we owe this guy something. This LSU not Les miles U. He's made like 30 million dollars off us. We don't owe him shite and the offensive product he's put on the filed for the last 5 years now is total garbage and not worth 4 million a year. If you can't see that then you are beyond help and are part of the problem.

Oh my Lord. This is stupid.

Expecting 3-4 losses with the core we have? Nonsense. You know absolutely nothing about football if you expect 3-4 losses.

I can't see 6 losses next year unless the defense just falls apart. 3-4 in the regular season.

We had 3 losses this year and we're losing a bunch on defense.

Right now I still want Les to stay. I definitely think we could find a better coach, but I think that we would have a greater chance finding lesser replacement. However, if Les goes 9-4 next year which is very feasible, I will no longer wish to have Les as our head coach. How many losses next year will it take for y'all want to a new coach?

Depends on who returns, how many new starters we have, if we have all the off-field and injury stuff like this year.

I think we would have to pull an Auburn for me to want him out after one bad year.

9-4, while disappointing is nowhere near close to letting Miles go. Hell, aside from the 6 times Miles has done that I only saw a record better than that a couple times in the 20 previous years at LSU.

I was the last one in my family that liked him. That changed this year. His stubbornness or pure stupidity wasting offensive talent and only being bailed out by defense time and time again have worn me down.

Given that Alabama had no problem passing all over the place in the NCG it's not hard to imagine Okie State also putting up some points.

Cripes! Did you grow up watching soccer?

Alabama passed because LSU was leaning run. Bama was the only team in the country that LSU's front seven would have struggled with to stop the run. Against Okie State, LSU would have played nickel, kept the receivers in front of them, rushed base, and mixed coverages. Completely different than Bama. You might as well have drawn your conclusions from the color uniforms they wear.

I have always liked Coach Miles and I think he represents LSU well but if he fails to address these offensive issues I have to begin to wonder if he gets it.

Surely he can see that he has to have more offensive production than this to win the big one. It is unfair to this defense and to this team to allow this offense to continue.

I would accept 4-5 losses a year at the most. As long as we win 8-10 games a season we are elite. Remember the 90's?

my support for Les began its downward spiral in 2008....then it took a big hit at Ole Miss in '09. After 1/9, I was done. Completely done. Now...I pay my money and yell for the players as loud as I can can....

its people like you that keep LSU down... wanting to win every game is not delusional. if you are satisfied with less than the best, then thats what youll get.
