Well,we're not going anywhere. But if anything it addresses how overrated Mike Slive is. Look at SEC football and particular teams each year in basketball. 2500 other people could have accomplished the things Slive has as commissioner. What gripes me is how he never comes to LSU's aid or defense.Never.

Leaving the SEC is beyond absurd. LSU needs to rally other members w/ objections to the undue influence of mUlligAn. TX runs the Diminutive Dozen Minus Two. If life would be so grand there, why did Mizzou & A&M bolt from there?
Anyone remember when the SEC FB championship was @ Legion Field in Birmingham for 2 yrs? Enough members grew fed up w/ playing in mUlligAn's de facto home field that they formed a bloc to vote for Atlanta as the host city. The same could be done to stop the SEC baseball tourney from being played @ Hoover like it has been for the past several yrs. The basketball tourney has moved around every yr for decades so the argument for doing the same w/ baseball can easily be made.
As for rotating the schedule w/o a perm cross-divisional opponent, only 4 members have a series that really matters to them. LSU should organize a majority of the other 9 to change that. Perhaps they could create 2 rotations w/ the 10 rotating 2 inter-divisional games while Allbarn/UGA & Tenn./mUlligAn keeps their annual series & only rotate 1 opponent every 2 yrs. At the numbers of members seems likely to support that change.

Someone left out the SEC bias in officiating football towards Alabama. Steve Shaw, head official, is an Alabama graduate and a large majority of the officials live in Alabama. It is disgusting!

So the bowls ended up like they did so what. The big thing here is that the guy that remade the 2013 schedule is an alabama alum. And took georgia off bamas schedule and put them on lsu,s schedule for 2013 that is a crock of shite.

The money is way too good to leave.

You mean like letting Chavis have a brain fart in the last minute when we had the lead and game in our hands.
Not arguing your larger point, just wondering what brain fart Chavis had in that final drive.
1. He was not strictly in prevent defense
2. He did not call a corner blitz on the winning TD; that was a blown assignment by a freshman.
If anything, the lesson of that drive was that, yes, losing Mathieu did cost LSU this season, possibly dearly, with what happened there. Then again, our boy HB7 might have made a mistake there too. We'll never know.

This discussion is working just like we planned from day one. When it is a rotating story on ESPN Mission accomplished.

I used to think it was hard to be a tiger fan lately but you ignorant arzes who think the world is out to get us and will burn down the house to feed this idiotic belief make it impossible to stay one.
You are am embarrassment to this school and decades of heart felt love for the program. Those who were fans like me who were tiger fans when you were still crapping yellow are sick and tired of your whinning. Grow up or shut the hell up until you do.

If you are really an ole tiger fan that you remember the old "Bryant Rules" right? So you are saying we should just "shut up and take it" just like A&M did right, or wait......

Exactly, if you think anyone at LSU is seriously thinking of leaving the SEC you're weapons grade retarded and need to delete your account and start over. This article is merely echoing the sentiment of most fans and simply put it there on a national stage because of how outlandish the notion of leaving the SEC actually would be. The points of why are the important part of the article. The bias and politicking at the SEC on the behest of Bama and its fanbase is literally out of control at this point. I'm only disappointed he didn't mention Mark Womack, Steve Shaw, and the poor attempts of the SEC to even deliver the guise of impartiality.
