Well he can't see any progress if he isn't playing with the team. If we don't improve with him then we can worry

you hit it dead on. we can't rely on Gordon (who's never been reliable to begin with) to come in and save the day. Monty has a better roster this year than he did last year and the team hasn't shown any improvements whatsoever. if anything they have gotten a lot worse. that's a concern.
