I know I am in a minority of "1", but my opinion is still that Diarse's biggest upside at the college level would be if he played tailback. When the ball is in his hands, he is magical. He is quick and elusive, but has enough size and lower-body strength to be effective between the tackles.

When I watch him, I see Dalton Hilliard. But again, I realize I am the only person who views him this way.

I actually agree with you in that he needs to be somewhere that he gets the ball in his hands as much as possible. He's def. not the fastest but he finds a way to get in the end zone when he touches the ball. I know he can play DB but it would be crazy if he didn't get a look a WR. I know he's only 6ft but he finds a way to get it done.
