You know, just some light cleaning, dusting, straightening up/organizing, maybe some dishes, or laundry.
I think it moved....

I've also got a friend who donates to the sperm bank twice a week (I believe that is the max you can donate). I'm pretty sure he gets paid $75 for each donation.
They make you jump through hoops to get approved but once you do, it is a gold mine for college students.

Then you may have a tons of your own children walking around. Couldn't live with that in my mind.

Man, I could never figure out how to get into the sperm bank. I think that's one case where the supply far outweighs the demand.
Donating plasma was my go-to in college to get a little drink cash before a weekend in NOLA. If you were a new donor, you'd make like 40-50 each of the first few times, after that, only 20-30 each time, which really wasn't worth it to me. So I only did it every 6 months or so (when you are considered a new donor again).

quote:it was back when I was in high school. I vacuumed and shampoo'd the carpet, cleaned and armor all the interior, wash and wax exterior, clean windows. Not bad, I enjoyed cleaning cars at the time. I wouldn't do it now, but in high school it was good money for the effort.
Was it pretty tough?
Just vacuum the inside and make it smell good?

Every couple months or so I get called to participate in focus groups. They usually last 1-2hrs and generally pay pretty good, I've had ones pay anywhere from $125-300. Easy money to just sit around in a group and give your opinion for a couple hours. They also generally schedule them at night so they don't interfere with my work schedule.

How did you get involved with focus group?

I received an e-mail from an industry group that this company was looking for someone in my profession to do a focus group, so I called up, they asked me a few questions to make sure I was qualified, and the rest is history, I've been doing focus groups for them ever since.
Not sure where you live, but you may want to do a google search for companies that conduct focus groups in the city where you are at. Chances are if it's a big city, there is one or more.
Once you sign up they'll keep some general info about you and will call or e-mail you from time to time and check to see if you qualify for their upcoming opportunities.

In college and sporadically after I had a crawfish catering business. Build a pot that can do > 300 lbs and up to 800 lbs in a boil, and you can make some pretty good money. Most jobs are at night or on weekends, and I would take off of work for big jobs. Split between myself and a partner we could make anywhere from $500-$2k each on a job. We offered jambalaya, gumbo, and fried catfish usually as well.
Pretty good money for about 4-8 hours of work.

I usually get paid $50-100 to test Wendys chicken nuggets or Arbys sandwiches or Starbucks coffee.
I probably make $500-1000 in a year doing this, extremely convenient.
