If people think BP was getting arse on the side KK would be running dick through entire sororities.

Exactly. He's not married, so nothing is going to stop him. After we beat Alabama, KK was leading the team back to the Football complex. He looked like he was on his way to a Calvin Klein photo shoot, and girls were screaming their lungs out for him. It isn't a big deal when it's a coordinator, but Nick Saban has never been considered a ladies man. Sumlin walks like he is 80. Les Miles, awkward dude with no game. Is there a successful coach in sports who is a ladies man?

Time for Kliff to change the game!

This would be a horrible move by TTU, I know the guy is an alum and he has done great this year. But only like 3 years ago he was just a GA.
There is no way he has the experience to run a program like TTU, and I don't think the AD is going to stick his neck out that far. KK's time will come, but the guy isn't ready by a long shot.
Petrino is the best they can do, but you could have said that about almost every big job opening this year and AD's have avoided the guy totally. But Tech might give him another chance, they have with other coaches: Knight, Billy G.

Texas Tech will hire Klingsbury or Chad Morris as their next coach. High school coaches in Texas love Morris.

I'm hearing Morris will be in the mix. Texas native, won 3 state championships at Lake Travis. Would love to get back.

I think Petrino would do very well at Texas Tech. He'd recruit top shelf Texas talent and as long as he had a competent DC he'd give Texas and Chokelahoma hell.

"Nick Saban wasn't a lady's man". True, as Candy was most definitely no "lady". There was a reason he & his wife were separated those last few mths here, and it was not related to any NFL job search.

Well, it's not like Miles has a stellar reputation of fidelity in Michigan either. I still wouldn't call him a lady's man.

Petrino is cancer to any school that wants to at least have the appearance of high morals & ethics. It was more than just getting a piece of arse with him. He used university money as I understand it and lied about the whole ordeal multiple times. And you think he'd be a good leader of young men? He needs to find a coordinator position in the NFL - or maybe a HC postion in arena ball.
He needs a few more years of obscurity before any reputable college would hire him as their HC. There is proabaly an Eastern Idaho Tech job out there somewhere in his future.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Arkansas State hired Petrino.

I agree with this. When it is clear cut that he was lieing multiple times, just not someone that you want out there recruiting your sons.Certainlly IMO.

He fricked up big time, but he does deserve a second chance someone will give him one. Might not be this year, but it will be soon.
And I would bet that he walks the strait and narrow from here on out. As he will be under a microscope wherever he goes.

Lubbock paper lists possible candidates. Included on the list: Mike Bobo.
That would be interesting.
Coach: Mike Bobo
Position: Georgia offensive coordinator
Age: 38
Why: He was one of five finalists for the Frank Broyles Award, which goes to the nation’s top assistant coach. The quarterbacks coach for former first-round draft choice Matthew Stafford, Bobo kept adding his resume this year with the Bulldogs scoring 37 or more points nine times. According to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, he’s one of the lowest-paid offensive coordinators in the Southeastern Conference.
Why not: The former Georgia quarterback has no known ties to West Texas and would be a newcomer to the Big 12.

A&M OC Kliff Kingsbuy "is probably a long shot" for TT HC job. Source close to the process said KK "is on short list, but not the leader."

TT source also said Clemson OC Chad Morris "is in the hunt," but ex-TT coaches Ruffin McNeill, Dana Holgorsen are not. "Maybe" on Briles.
