Really lazy tonight...( I'm a teacher sue me) Corndogs from local gas station/deli... For my self a fried chicken and sausage kabob... It has onions and bell peppers too.. Actually quite tasty... With sweet and sour sauce
Nothing wrong with a good hot box from time to time, as long as you take a few tall boy cans of beer with the food.

Cabbage salad. Very simple. Shredded cabbage with salt, pepper, veg. oil and vinegar. Stir and let marinate for 3 or so hours.

Is that like Spanish Rice?
Not even close to Spannish rice. Stewed tomatoes cooked down with a spoonful of bacon grease, salt, pepper, garlic, and basil. Served over cooked rice. Almost soupy, leaving most of the tomato juice when served. I used my canned garden maters. Good stuff!

R2R would not approve. Food for the peasants....
You should have added some truffles and a white wine reduction. At the very least.
