That one CLOSELY follows S5 for me.....Zobelle and Weston owned that season.

Though Nero just comes out of nowhere and is assimilated in waaaaay too quickly..... I like the character a lot. Would've been cool to get a tiny bit of groundwork in the past. Obviously TV doesn't lend itself to picking him up for an episode in season 2 and a drop in season 4 before getting tied in hardcore though.

fricking right about that. I love all seasons of this show though so you really can't go wrong.

The homeless junky made Jax regret poking Drea De Mateo with the needle. He saw what could happen to her when he saw the junky digging through trash.
IMO.
I didn't realize people broke down the writing and characters so much for a show like SOA. I never thought of the writing to be anything special. It was always more of a popcorn show to me. It always reminded me of Grand Theft Auto video game. The guys get one mission and carry it out, then that mission leads to another, and the show really just bounces around to a bunch of missions.

Wow what a season finale. Gemma you bitch! Jax with the awesome set up!

Ok, now I am ready for Justified

Justified and the Americans sounds very promising.
Hope Tara rots in jail and Jax kills Gemma. Although why the frick didn't Tara tell Jax Gemma set her up?

season 3 gets too much hate, and season 1 doesn't get enough love.

Tara doesn't bother me I see her deal, plus I think she's hot.
Letting Jemma resurface as queen bitch is a good idea, I think the show is better with her being in a stronger position.
Also, I think Nero is gonna be the wildcard in the Marshall shite next year, he has some pure badass in his DNA I think.

I think that this was the best season of the series and probably the best finale. The finale is debatable for me, but there's no doubt in my mind that this was the best season. Nero FTW
This was a great season. I still put 2 ahead of this one. But season finale was nowhere near as good as the season3 finale

We could have an OB thread on justified, just on handgun calibers alone

Tara is not as hot as she use to be. She tries to much to be a badass.

While its a good popcorn show, I don't watch weekly for 5 (soon enough 7) years weekly for the exciting chase scenes. It's got to have strong writing to invest that time. Sutter generally does pretty well with it. I'm very interested to see we're he pulls the last 2 seasons (hamlet themes vs his own ending)

Who's supposed to be the main bad in Justified this season?

I agree, I think she plays a tough character, part old lady, part surgeon, part Mom, part fairly hot chick. Her character comes off as the least believable to me, probably because of the above.

It's a bit too deep in too many worlds. The surgeon just died though. I think it'll bring her back to reality a bit down the final stretch here.

So what happens when Jax finds out Gemma is behind Tara's arrest?
