Bama is backing in to the championship game and I just saw that Barkley isn't playing. Not to mention the 2 escape wins over Pitt and Stanford.

I don't ever remember LSU fans whining this much. Constant excuses and talking about luck, refs, holding, playoffs, "we could beat anybody right now", etc.

ND has earned it, once again Bama has not.

Well, given that Bama started out number 1, and only lost one game to a top 10 team by 5 points, and Notre Dame is the only team without a loss.. it's hard to really pick another #1 or #2 at this point.
