This. I thought he'd do a little better recruiting wise than Trent only because it's probably harder to do worse than Trent did.

That being said, CJJ is doing work! Real Work! And I know I'm excited about the future of LSU basketball again.

I'm excited. however, i want to see these guys on campus before i get overly worked up. appears we are going after talented b.b. players as we should. however, a lot of them have been high academic risk.

The power forward from iowa st. didn't make it, odoh, is still trying to make it, deng deng, having grade issues, mickey is ineligible at his high school, who knows if he will be eligible at the college level.

if he can get these kids on campus and playing for the tigers, then it's time to get excited.

I have been worried about this as well. But I don't think Martin or Mickey have any issues. Not sure about Quarterman.

Not to mention that he hasn't even had a season yet. He was coming in after the fact and just trying to get bodies to fill out uniforms.

Mickey's ineligibility has nothing to do with grades, it's from transferring schools to follow his coach.

I thought Mickey was ineligible because of a transfer, not grades.

EDIT - Didn't see Brunnins reply
