Palmer has seemed to be a little LSU bias for several years, so I think that plays a part to what he's saying but I find it hard to disagree with him. Maybe I'm biased.

The problem is that there are about 5 other SEC teams that would probably beat the top 3 right now and LSU has played 4 of them.

Each yr there is some team the entertainers think is playing lights out and could or world beat the top teams in the championship game. Last yr it was USCw. We see how that is playing out and no one on this board believed it when it was said. The season has been played out. Let it go.
Yes the team is playing better right now but let's not act like these other a holes do every yr. Losers talk about what if and we are playing our best right now. It happens each week and season.
