Holy tittyballs

quote:

Under the terms of the agreement and based on the closing price of Disney stock on October 26, 2012, the transaction value is $4.05 billion, with Disney paying approximately half of the consideration in cash and issuing approximately 40 million shares at closing. The final consideration will be subject to customary post-closing balance sheet adjustments.

Sweet B Double O T Y oh my that is a lot of money.

It's with the possibility of more than one movie right? Because that could turn in to chump change depending on what all they do with it.

Also, let's be honest, George Lucas is the dumbest smart guy on the planet. Well next to Robert Smith.

For me personally, ftr I'm not a star wars fanboy, but this is exciting/good news. The boys at Pixar getting their hands on Star Wars, Yeesh, I'm scared just thinking about how awesome it would be.
