Hey Roaad! How was pitch perfect 2 saturday nights ago?
Did you dance along with the show or were you too caught up to even check your phone for SC score updates? I still say your the biggest bitch on TD for acting like that.

Mett is the only QB in the history of football that doesn't have good pocket presence and as a result gets sacked. I cannot recall any other QB getting blindsided. It just never happens. Must CLMs fault. Only answer.

Mett is a rookie QB in the SEC. Same thing happened to Lee-baptism of fire. We're a smash mouth running football team. Passes are mainly to keep the DB's honest, and away from our RB's. IMO Mett is coming along nicely, way over-hyped early on.

We are 7-1, nothing is wrong. Stop bitching.

Being a pumper is so easy when your football team has LSU like results/success.
As to Mett, let's see what he does in the rest of the season before we label him not "a sufficiently talented QB".

I think the official stance is Miles doesn't want to score many points bc we don't need to or it'll hurt the defense. Or some stupid shite like that.

Ahhhhhh........yet another insightful, smartass thread by the HS position coach. Vicariously criticizing an elite program from your perch atop mediocrity. Oh, how rich.

The QB has been the problem since Miles arrived at LSU besides Flynn who was here before Miles was hired. I have come to the conclusion that as long as Miles is here this will always be the problem. His philosophy is smash mouth football with a great defense. Play not to lose instead of playing to win. QB seems to never be his specialty in recruiting.

No the position is that you negatards keep repeating stuff that is obvious to everyone but you act like you're the only ones who see it.
Also, do you enjoy kicking your team when it's down?

Mett is very talented. He is adjusting to the SEC speed and hopefully improving his pocket awareness. We see everything you do...we just don't act like an eight year-old girl who doesn't get the exact type of Barbie she wanted."

it takes time to develop a qb

Just the kind of attitude that gets well deserved blowback.
The offensive problems are what separated last years team from a NC and will most likely be the thing that separates this one from the same. If you are content with being Ms Congeniality, good for you.
Mett is just a symptom of the problem.

we have not figured it out in 5 years.
Youre right we haven't..but it happens in CFB. Talk to Mack Brown or Steve Spurrier and ask them how come you can go long stretches when you miss on QB prospects.
Recruiting QB's is hard, there are a lot more misses than hits. Yes we have had our troubles, but for you to want to posit the view that Miles and company are not capable of eventually getting it right is just silly.
While you might possess a little more football acumen than the average Miles hater or negatiger, you let your own agenda color your perspective. I love good offense just as much as the next guy, but when judging a HC I am all about the bottom line. So you can quibble about whatever the complaint du jour of CLM is...but you have ZERO argument for Miles bottom line! 82-19 leaves you with nothing to complain about.

I do not understand the question, nor the statement you're trying to make.
oh i do. it's a loaded question. he's playing NIGYSOB. and thinks he's clever doing it. anyone that isn't ready to fire miles and all of his offensive coaches are "sunshine pumpers". playing football is tough. at least the real kind of football; you know the kind that doesn't involve a video screen.

I don't necessarily think the talent LSU is signing is sub par.

Or we could quit overlooking the obvious. Scheme and coaching is the problem on offense.
