So this isn't a question but a solicitation?

What makes you think this is Roma?

If the business was really doing that well, he wouldn't be selling it for that low a price. Me thinks this is a scam of some sort.

Yeah $150k seems cheap for a business that makes more than half of that annually.
A deal too good to be true. You get a return on your investment in less than two years, and pure profit after.
Wow, $88k a year for puttinf up $145k, they have to let you see the books. They must just want out of the business.
Too bad it is in Prarieville.

awful lot of work, hours, headaches and babysitting for 90k net.

I'll pay some one $45k to run it and make $45 a year not lifting a finger.

Pretty sure it is Roma, saw it listed on another brokerage website that had a few more details that made me think it was Roma. Just because people like it, does not mean it is doing well, and without Omar, Roma ain't worth a shite.

Those expenses look SUPER low to me

Omar is always there. You will not have someone always there for $45k.(assuming it is Roma)

Upon looking at the add again, it must be Roma. I didn't see at the top where it spelled out it was a Pizza place the first time I looked at it.
The only other pizza places on 61 are Pizza Hut and Domino's that I know of.

Papa Johns and Rotolos. I would imagine you can rule out rotolos unless the owners are looking to get rid of all the franchises. Pretty sure they own the whole building.

Papa johns is just behind rotolos.
Technically Pizza Hut is ultima plaza road (I think), but not many would argue it isn't on 61

Dominos is in a shopping center that never seems to hold stores for long.
That's my bet...

If the description is real, that has to be Roma's. With that said, I don't think Omar owns it. A year+ back I talked to a different guy in there. I don't remember the details of the conversation, but he painted the picture that Omar worked for him.

Would imagine it is the same guy that owns albasha (or one of that group of friends) I have seem him talked to him a couple of times in there and he didn't seem to be eating.

I don't know him, but that would fit my impression at the time. I was very complimentary of Omar to the guy and said that I hoped to see him back in there soon. Also, I've noticed the business license posted above the register does not say Omar. My recollection of that conversation was that Omar was out of state running errands for him. Seemed to be a strange arrangement.
