Grilled chicken is not a real common Cajun menu item. The best I've had in LFT is at Carrabbas. They have a great wood grilled chicken.

Surprisingly, Tampico's has a pretty delicious grilled chicken dish named Pollo Asado. Ate this Thursday and was great!
