I grew up with Carson. He was great in his prime as was letterman. I agree Carson is the better interviewer. Maybe it's my age, but I think letterman in his prime was way more cutting edge than Carson. Had a lot to do with the times too. Carson was never allowed to be too crazy. When letter,an was on at 11:30 and it was assumed no one was watching, it was
pretty funny. And sometimes really bizarre.
