If you had dish direct you would have posted 12 hours ago that you lost signal.

Fred, when I had Dish and Direct during Katrina and Gustav, my service only went out when the power did.when the power came back, so did the satellite. Those around me with cable did not have the same luck.

I have Direct and it hasn't missed a beat. My cox internet is down. Verizon Mifi going strong in relief.
