steak nights in nola

Hey when I used to live in houston, a couple bars had really good steak night specials. Are there any bars in nola that runs a steak and potato special? I'm trying to go on Tuesday night. Or do I have to just go to Houstons (the restaurant)? Any suggestions will help. TIA

Haha. Yea tavern in Houston used to do a really good steak. 14 oz rivbeye with baked potato for $14.99. Plus $5 domestic pitchers. Trying to see if there's a place like that here

I dont know if it was the booze but the Tavern did have a pretty good steak.
Pretty sure the Edge in fat city has closed.

If not mistaken, I think the OT celebrates a 'steak and something or other' every year in March. That may be a good time for 337 to get what she's looking for?

Wednesday and Thursday night @ knuckleheads has an awesome salad, steak, baked potato for $15. It's in Metairie off severn next to taqueria corona
