Who's The Next Big Jam Band?

I used to listen to tons of phish, moe, string cheese, etc. Not so much these days. Just got kinda bored. I never listen to Jam On anymore. I haven't been to a big festival this year. Who's a good one that's up and gonna be the next one or the one that I just might not know about? I saw leftover salmon this year and they were unbelievable. Thanks.

more blues/rock than jam but I was impressed with Royal Southern Brotherhood. They have potential to be big and venture in the jam direction.
anybody know about Bob Weir & Phil Lesh newer band Further?

I hope not. Leftover is the shite but they've been around forever. If they are not "big" now, they will never be. Unfortunately, I think the arena Jam Band is dead after Panic and Phish.

No one. The days of Jam Arena Rock will die with Phish. Too much fracturing of the genre.
91-99 were an amazing time to be a music fan though. Miss those days.

I saw Furthur at Waneefest this year. They take old Dead tunes just a little "furthur" with the jams. Kind of breathes new life into them, while still respecting the roots. I plan on seeing them at Red Rocks for 3 nights in September.

Probably, I just mention them whenever I get half a chance
They deserve it

might get blasted for this, but a Zac Brown Band live show is some of the best jamming I have ever seen.
they may be country on the radio, but they tour the festival circuit pretty hard.
WHo Knows
Jamming with ZBB and Warren Haynes

Agreed. I just don't think you'll see a band in that genre ever get as big as Phish after their done.
