that's still pretty ridiculous. The other day on the golf channel they we're replaying one of Jack's masters wins and it's incredible how much better the equipment is nowadays. He hit a full 8 iron for a 120 yard shot I suck and I hit my 8 iron 140+

Pitching wedges today have the loft a little stronger than 9 irons in 1965.

Been that way since the Masters or Wachovia, one of the two.

He had been saying for the past couple years that they were trying to get everything to be more in line with his full swing, which required him to change his release and, I believe, posture with the putter.

I haven't caught any of the coverage, but I'd imagine he went back to releasing the putter hard with his right hand how he used to

Isn't Vijay Singh's son playing on the Euro Tour? I think I saw his name on the leaderboard. Vijay is currently in 2nd place.

I think the greatest father/son moment ever would be those two winning a PGA and European Tour e en in the same weekend.

Much better than the Griffey's back to back home runs.

The round is going to be delayed today because of a huge storm that moved through the Midwest all the way to the Atlantic.

Here's one thing the storm did in Ohio:

Without a doubt. People will be able to play comfortably around Tiger's round now without patrons moving everywhere.

Equivalent of a land locked hurricane. 90-100 mph winds. I know one power company up there has 1.4 million people without power.

TV is going to be broadcast. It's basically essential personnel on site

I've been following Tour golf for a lot of years and I don't ever recall that.

Could you elaborate on this? I'm always down for learning the game.
