Every so often, a dish comes along that seems to pique your culinary interest. When a special combination of taste and texture is so intriguing, it's inevitable that we attempt to reproduce it in our own kitchens. For me, this is that dish. What's yours?
I start with only grass fed ground meat. Because of the serious health risks associated with red meat, I recommend white meat such as turkey (shown), chicken, or pork. Imitation meats such as tofu and krab can also be used, as long as it's white meat.
Brown the meat. A little white vino is always a great compliment to ground turkey.
Here's where it gets tricky: next add 2 cups of water, fromage seasoning, and your choice of gourmet noodles. For this Inspired Creation, I've decided on elbow noodles.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes. While it's cooking, take some time to reflect on your day. Did you maintain a positive attitude while living the life of your dreams? Did you respond to adversity with dignity and integrity? Something tells me you did--Inspired Creationists are a resilient bunch!
Your hard work and patience is about to pay off. A pedestrian plate may be good enough when eating for one, but when guests are involved, presentation is everything. Bedazzle the edges of your dish with freshly ground parsley and coriander. If any coriander gets into the food, promptly remove it as it has a terrible taste and does not compliment the dish well.
Finally, let the stress of your day melt away as you enjoy your very own Inspired Creation. Enjoy!

Should have taken a spoonful of cheese sauce and splotched it across the plate, like a real chef.

Instead of splotching, I framed the entree' with a dotted outline of "cheese sauce" . That "cheese sauce" is a 60/40 blend of camembert and bitto.

Yep, he must be very easily enlightened by the muses of the food gods, maybe even feel that leg tingle kind of moment.
