call tradewinds marina in cocodrie. they always have captains availabale. if your looking for somehting in the $600-$700 range and are looking for 3-4 days im sure they would love to work with you. ask for captain russo, coon, ross, or persac. they will all show you a good time. 985 594 5525

Top Water Charters out of Cocodrie is a great operation. Like many have said, may be too late for this year.

there's an old man that goes by the name of "zootie" or "zooty" out of Grand Isle in the summer. I'll try to get you more info, the guy is awesome

I had a great trip a year ago with Charlie Thomason. I understand with him, you want either him or Shane. He gets booked up way in advance though.
I have also had multiple, great trips with Dane Bennett, out of Shell Beach. He is a blast.

Fishing with Karl for the next few days so far first two days we have caught 24 reds, 45 specs and various other species windy as hell. Landed a 23 lb red, 38 lb blue cat, and a 32 lb drum today.
