Spurs getting knocked out of the CL is absolutely criminal

What kind of rule is this? If you want to bring back the CL champion thats fine but make room for the teams that actually QUALIFIED THROUGH THEIR LEAGUE the way you're supposed to do. And I'm no Tottenham fan by any stretch but this is horrible. If this had happened to Newcastle I would be burning Finn's to the ground right now.

I don't like it, but as long as those were the rules set before the season started, I guess I can't complain too much.

It's a shitty rule that needs to go away. If you can't see that then something is wrong with you or more likely you're a Chelsea fan. It really is that indefensible. Worst rule in sports and it's not close.

I would have a lot less of a problem with this since nobody is getting screwed but I do find the whole "freebie to defend your title even though you finished 6th in the EPL" to be kind of absurd even on its own.
