Nah, the Premier League is a tougher title to win. Hence the fact that only five different teams have won it during its era. The Champion's League involves beating/drawing a stretch of good teams. Not to mention the group stage is usually very kind to most of the big league clubs.

Then why doesn't the EPL champion win it every year?
Takes depth and luck to win CL.
