70's were the golden age of cop shows. Hawaii 5-0, Adam 12, Starsky&Hutch, Kojak, The FBI, Streets of San Francisco, The Rookies, Police Woman, SWAT.
And that's not even counting the Private Eye shows like Mannix.

70's - It's Hawaii Five-0 for me but I'm glad to se the love for Barney Miller. Even though a sitcom, a very realistic view of some detective work. I think it's a fabulous show and anyone who hasn't seen it, please do - especially from season 2 onward.
