I'm not as bad as I used to be about leftovers. If I make spaghetti (slow cooked from scratch) or a similar dish, I cook it in pretty large portions. My brother now comes by and gets some of the leftovers. I'll bring some to my neighbors.
I have three brothers so we never had leftovers growing up. They'd eat like a pack of wild animals.

I will freeze stuff like gumbo, pasta sauces, etc...
