Coals on the grill are just about ready. Gonna make burgers for Lucy. Will also throw some meatballs on there for a pasta dish tomorrow.

Dogs had hard boiled eggs Lucy didn't want. Also tooger tookies. They'll each get one burger for breakfast. Zach is playing golf tomorrow so they will be upset about no lunch.

Leftovers from last night. Took some leftover fat from my roasted chicken from Monday night along with garlic and shallots and sauteed some broccoli. Threw in some shredded chicken, and then leftover rosemary potatoes. I put all that on some spinach flat bread and topped with cheese. I guess you could call it a flat bread quesadilla. I call it good!

Two problems with that:
a. Lucy hates people. She's a misanthrope. She likes animals. There are no animals on this board, only people.
b. Lucy is not concise. She takes 1,000 words to tell a story that I could tell in 10.

Where did you find white cheddar cheese curds in Tuscaloossa?

That shite is delicious. Takes more time off your life than a two pack a day habit.
