So you think a college kid that slaps a girl on the butt in a bar should be labelled a sex offender, and that this is worse than some guy rubbing hi nads on another guys face while said guy is passed out?

First of all, that is not what the female alleged to have happened.. again, educate yourself.. He pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor sexual battery, and was not labeled a sex offender. He was originally charged with a worse offense, along with 5 other misdemeanors.. So, call it like you see it, I really don't care. I don't think either one should be a registered sex offender for what they did. Or both should be. You miss my whole point. To you, one is worse than the other simply because one is your quarterback, and one is a rival fan.

If you cant see the difference between this and actually taking your genitals out of your pants and rubbing them on another mans face, then you are an ignorant arse. The fact taht we're having this debate and someone is having to defend himself in court over these charges shows just how over-regulated we have become in this society.
The lawyers and bureaucrats have choked this Great Republic and the Free Enterprise System to death with do gooder/"feel good"/ politically correct laws.

Yeah, I was aware of that, remember? He pleaded guilty to the same crime teabagger has been charged with, and will likely plea down as well... But what you are saying is you want a more severe punishment for one of the perps, correct? Or not correct? Because I guess if one should be more severely punished, logic says you would go with the one who had five other misdemeanors to go with his.. As for the other player, you never said who it was so I have no comment. If it was the one mentioned by someone else, I agree with them in thinking he should have never been allowed to join the team.
Do you not know why there is a range of punishment put on every crime and not one set sentence to be handed down?!? Its because each case is different and should be looked at that way. The only person I see on a crusade in this entire topic is you. If you refuse to see the difference between the two instances stated, then you are ignorant. I'm done and you have pproven your stupidity to more than just me at this point so say what you want from here on out. I'm doubting anyone will give a rats arse about your opinion anymore.

my entire contention is that it wasn't sexual in nature, and it would be overkill to make the a-hole carry the label of "sex offender" the rest of his life. it was disgusting,nasty, gross and all the other adjectives you can think of, but, imho, it wasn't sexual.
