Name that injury! (Deer Edition)

My dad just went back to the lease this past weekend and picked up the camera. The batteries had died a little after this picture was taken.
What do yall think caused this hind-leg injury?
- Black Panter?
- Judge?
- WHD?

That deer is pretty young 2-3yrs.

Looks like a puncture wound in the middle of it, so it could be a gun shot or arrow, but I doubt it was a 243. Never seen a 243 break the skin.

What if this deer was shot with a 270wsm (we all know people who shoot magnums can't hit shite) at 399.995 yards? Did the bullet explode at 400 yards??? Did it just punch a pinhole through because the guy was shooting ballistic tips and they are too sharp to expand??? Was he having sexy time with a hot doe too close to a barbed wire fence???
