Age 10-12: The Sandlot
Age 16-18: Superbad
Age 21-24: Entourage (obviously not really how life was, but we can all dream.

I have a feeling my first 2 will be and should be quite common

The Sandlot is the most American movie ever made, hands down. Little league baseball, Fourth of July, chewing tobacco, declaring somebody else's property as their own...

1) Stand By Me (excluding the dead body scene and pulling a gun on Kiefer Sutherland)

2) Dazed & Confused

3) Swingers

ETA: My son is 3. I think I will wait about 25 years before I share this list with him.

10-12: Sandlot

16-18: I've yet to see the movie but Project X looks about right

21-24: I just woke up, I'll get back to you.

Wow. Good question.

10-12: Hard to beat the Sandlot. I'd also suggest ET. There was no alien, but that's what being 10 was like.

16-18: Say Anything. We all wanted to be Lloyd Dobler.

21-24: Kicking and Screaming. Not the Will Ferrell one. Actually, its the movie I most identified with aside from maybe Clerks. It just hit what we were like.
